Our Eco crimp bags are made from Natureflex which is a compostable film made from sustainable sourced wood pulp. Unlike other compostable and biodegradable materials such as PLA, it is completely transparent.

Made from well managed wood sources. Great for most ambient and warm products. Crimp bottom to speed up filling and improved strength. Gusset design for easier filling. All the benefits of plastics bags with none of the environmental downsides.

Certified as compostable and ethically sourced to. Heat seal-able (they seal at a lower temperature than plastic, so we don't recommend using a high temperature when sealing). Can be used to seal with one of our sugar cane based labels. Thicker 30 micron material for improved freshness and strength.

L200 x W78 x D100mm / 7.9 x 3 x 3.9. Any product that needs sealing. A bit about heat sealers. These bags are made from a material with a much lower sealing temperature than plastic bags, so we recommend a heater sealer that you can adjust the temperature.

How to dispose of me. There is no bad option, only better one's. No matter how you dispose of any of our products, there are no downsides as they are made from plants, they just break down into planet friendly compost and add positively to the environment, that doesn't mean we think it's great for them to be sent to landfill but even if they do get sent to landfill, they still don't contaminate the environment, they are made from plants after-all but there is better ways to dispose of them.

Can be composted into macro nutrient rich compost in under 6 weeks in commercial or home food waste collection. Can be composted at home but times vary in home composters depending on compost health and location. Check your waste collection company to see if they recycle plant based materials.
