Your parcel can get lost in post by any of the courier. Damaged Items: It can be happen that you may receive damaged item in the parcel. We check all the items before we pack them, still some of our customers receive damage item when delivered. Customer should have a picture of a received item, which can clearly show damaged part of the item. Customer should send us those images by attaching them in the message to us. Our manager will check images, and you will get help accordingly. Please take a note that all of the above must happen within 28 days of dispatch, after 28 days we won't be responsible for any damaged item. If any of the customers want to return us the item, it can only happen within 28 days after the dispatch date. All items must be return unused, in original condition and packaging.We don't take return from the customers outside the United Kingdom.
